Proservin was mandated to develop a 4-storey rental building maximizing the view of tenants from Highway 15. This building is easily noticed by many truckers because of its height and unique design.
Value of the project
The height of the building, its configuration and its position on the site allow for maximum exposure not only to the commercial tenants on the second floor, but also through the display of the tenants on the upper floors, and this contrary to the approach of four architectural firms, which had been solicited for a competition. In the end, the technical team of Proservin was chosen, not only in view of the above, but also of the architectural and technical configuration of the building.
