Les Entrepôts AB
Les Entrepôts AB, the industry benchmark for the supply of bodywork materials in Quebec, has called on Proservin on four occasions. First, in 2005, for office space in Blainville, then for a facade redesign and a 40,000 sq. ft. building extension. Proservin then designed and built a new 118,000-square-foot building for Les Entrepôts AB in 2016. A building that had to meet the highest industry standards and our client's customized storage needs for specialized products and hazardous materials.
Expertise and innovation
Proservin challenged all limits by designing a product mixing and specialty paint room over 1,000 square feet, 10 times larger than the industry standard.
On the one hand, this building also had technical features, such as a 5,000 sq. ft. explosion-proof storage room and a fire protection system adapted to the customer’s particular use. On the other hand, one of the features of this project was the merging of different departments under one roof. The building had to be functional, with 20,000 square feet of space including an administration and service area, a product sales store and a training room for vehicle testing.
Proservin exceeded all my expectations. The process was transparent, fast, well-organized, with exceptional expertise and outstanding commitment to our project.
La famille Lambert
This is our tenth project with the Lambert family. Our collaboration began with the construction of a Hyundai dealership in Brossard in 2002. The building was then sold and converted into a Mazda image for the new owner. This was followed by the construction, expansion and renovation of other dealerships under several banners, including Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler and pre-owned. The most recent project is the construction of a new Genesis dealership in Brossard.
