Solpak
Proservin Construction was mandated to assist the Solpak team in the construction of a new 20,065 square foot building. Solpak, an innovative company, is a leader in packaging and transportation solutions for prepared foods in Canada. We are proud to have met our client's needs and to have completed this construction.
Value of the project
We started the project with a search for a potential location for their new headquarters. We then represented the company in front of the municipality to ensure the right approach to wetland issues. In addition, we were able to manage the municipal requirements so that the Solpak team could occupy the building simultaneously with the execution of the construction site. Thanks to our collaborative method, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the client's future needs. Our team implemented a design with the capacity to accommodate future expansion.
