This project presented several challenges. First, the new construction is located in the province of Ontario, which meant that all documentation had to comply with the Ontario Building Code and be written in both English and French. To continue, we encountered a problem with the fire hydrant connection, as the dealership is located between two municipalities. The constraints of the two municipalities forced us to find a new method of ensuring fire safety. Our team created a private fire hydrant connected to a private basin under the wash bays.
