We have been fortunate to accompany the Lambert family in multiple projects since the early 2000s. We were mandated to build a new construction for Chrysler Boucherville.
Value of the project
In this new construction project, we coordinated the demolition of the existing building on the site. On the other hand, our preliminary design analysis allowed us to make strategic choices given the small size of the lot. We proposed a specific design with a freight elevator to maximize vehicle exposure on the second floor while accommodating the dealership's operations and maximizing the value of the building.
