Value of the project
The client met with various stakeholders before contacting Proservin. The result was that the preliminary design presented by Proservin was completely different and very much in line with its particular operations in the market because of the configuration and the way the three-story building was operated. Subsequently, the project encountered fire protection issues. These were managed by adding a water supply under the building to meet code requirements. Wastewater management, not being a service also offered in this area, had to be addressed in this commercial use approach. A building that looks great with natural visibility along Highway 15.
