The major problem with this project was the closing that the owner had received from the city for the construction of a new building to replace his existing building. We took on this debate and ultimately delivered the project the owner wanted. Indeed, the team's experience and expertise encompasses not only the execution of a project, but also all the steps necessary for a successful development.
