Value of the project
During the design of this project, our team was able to perform a cost-benefit analysis in order to determine the relevance of constructing the building with a basement parking lot for off-season vehicle storage. In this sense, our client had access to all the information comparing the two potential options and was able to make the right decision thanks to our team's expertise.
