Honda Chagnon was hesitating between a renovation and a new construction. First, the preliminary study allowed us to choose the right project between the renovation of the existing building and the construction of a new dealership. In the end, some operations were kept in the modified existing building and the new construction harmonizes the services with the existing building.
Value of the project
Thanks to this project, our team was able to keep up with the challenges encountered. Indeed, the issues of this project were, first of all, the management of wastewater. Following an analysis of the site, we found that the municipal services were absent. Our team was able to coordinate the installation of services so that the client would receive a building with all the necessary services as soon as it was built. Secondly, as the client mentioned his desire to encourage the local economy, we invited several local actors to participate in the execution of the project.
