Hoaka gave us the mandate to build a new building with a warehouse space, a sales area and an office space for the administration. The client wanted a Parisian and Californian style architecture.
Value of the project
This new construction allowed us to create a design that was in perfect harmony with our client's request and the environmental demands of the municipality. On the other hand, our team ensured a meticulous management of the budget. Having started the architectural design in the year 2020, we were living in an uncertain market with inflationary trends. Our team was able to seize and stay ahead of the market! Our experienced team was able to adapt to the new market trends and guide the client through all stages of the project. Finally, we had the opportunity to represent our client through the zoning change process to consolidate Hoaka Swimwear's operations and industry requirements.
