Genacol mandated us to design and build a building according to their specific needs. Thanks to our architectural work, we were able to build a 20,415 square foot building perfectly adapted to the company’s reality.
Value of the project
During the design stages, we were faced with a space problem. Indeed, we had to find innovative solutions to allow the safe circulation of 53-foot trucks. We were able to present a plan representative of our client's needs while respecting the layout of the area. Since then, Genacol has been able to make its real estate investment profitable by optimizing its activities thanks to the design created by our team of specialists.
