We had the opportunity to assist Enertec in the design and turnkey construction of their new 19,930 square foot facility. Enertec is an organization that specializes in the design and manufacture of high quality custom products for the rail industry.
Value of the project
This building was built as part of an integrated project developed entirely by the Proservin Construction team. During our first meetings with Enertec's management, we understood that their growth would be an issue in the future. In this sense, our team put in place a design that would allow for future expansion, thus limiting costs in this second phase.
