Reporting to the Head of Design and the Design Supervisor, the Coordinator actively participates in project design and remains an important reference during construction. He/she must set up and coordinate all elements required for the design, estimation and realization of projects.
- Surveys and information gathering
- Preliminary design and execution drawings
- Preparation of tender documents
- Requests for quotations from subcontractors
- Project cost estimates
- Technical support to project managers
- Active participation in project technical development and construction planning and specifications
- Development of digital and physical documentation for all phases of the project
- Coordination between professionals and plan reviews
- Plans and organizes work, following up on assigned files and projects.
- Participates in project coordination and planning meetings.
- Performs all other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor.

College diploma (DEC) in architectural technology
Analytical and dynamic
Customer-oriented approach
Team spirit, initiative and autonomy
Leadership and passion
2 to 5 years’ experience in the field is an asset
Knowledge of Autocad
Knowledge of Google SketchUp, Photoshop and Revit programs an asset
