The Project Manager will analyze, estimate and negotiate all commercial and industrial construction projects, working closely with our current Project Managers and the design team.
- Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate, detailed estimates
- Evaluate costs to complete the project
- Evaluate and prepare cost breakdown for construction contract
- Invite all divisions to bid
- Analyze, rerun and select the most advantageous bids for the project
- Plan and coordinate the work of all subcontractors
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan the construction budget
- Provide support to construction and design team
- Identify work improvement opportunities
- Participate in various meetings dealing with ongoing issue.
- Prepare necessary documentation

This is you:
- Negotiation-oriented approach
- College diploma (DEC) in estimating technology / architecture
- University degree in a related field (asset)
- Analytical mind, motivated by challenges
- Team spirit, initiative and autonomy
- Leadership and passion
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
- Excellent command of French (written & spoken) and good command of English (an asset)
- Experience in the field
- Knowledge of Autocad
- ASP construction card (asset)
- Knowledge of MS Project and Blue Beam (asset)
