A taste of your experience:

The Project Manager is required to analyze, estimate, negotiate all commercial and industrial construction projects, in close collaboration with our Project Managers currently in place and the design team.

• Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate and detailed estimates
• Evaluate the costs to conduct the project
• Evaluate and increase the breakdown of costs to the construction contract
• Invite all divisions to bid
• Analyze, relaunch and select the most advantageous submissions for the project
• Plan and coordinate all subcontractors called to work
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Plan the construction budget
• Provide support to its construction and design team
• Identify job improvement opportunities
• Participate in various meetings that deal with current files
• Write the necessary documentation

• University degree in a related field (asset)

• Experience in the field
• Knowledge of the Autocad program
