Kia Brossard

The original idea for this project was to demolish the existing building and then build a new dealership. Since our team always validates all viable options, we proposed a design that allowed for the modification and expansion of the existing building to save a functional building. We spread out the comparisons of the two possibilities for this project and finally came to the conclusion to keep the existing building while adapting it to the needs of our client and his builder.
