EXM Manufacturing
Proservin designed and built a raw material processing plant to supply the secondary plant. EXM gave us the mandate to do the design for the inventory stacking of heavy manufacturing materials, the complete coordination required for specialized heavy equipment bases and embedded.
Value of the project
This project required an all-pile design and construction. EXM uses steel coils of up to 50,000 lbs each as raw material and heavy equipment for cutting the metal sheets. In addition to managing the flow of this plant, one of the interesting technical challenges was the stacked storage section requiring structures supporting hundreds of thousands of pounds in addition to its functional and safe handling. Proservin's team was able to understand the real needs of the company to ensure the justification of each decision.
