EBI gave us the mandate to design and build a turnkey heavy industrial garage. This included the installation of multiple spaces and systems to allow for optimal operations such as gas collection systems, heavy diesel equipment, oil distribution, specialized cleaning supplies, overhead cranes and lifting cranes.
Value of the project
This client had specific needs, so we had to think of efficient options that would guarantee the investment and the durability of the building. Thanks to our innovative methods, we were able to create a steel floor system as well as a reinforced concrete structure that could withstand the punching load of the wheels of the waste compactors (125,000 lbs) for the maintenance and wash area. Our team was able to understand the company's issues in order to properly advise the client for his real estate investment.
